Rustico “Rusty” B. Cabilin is the Founder and President of RBC & Co., CPAs. With over 25 years of experience in auditing across both private and public sectors, Rusty has dedicated his career to helping clients achieve financial clarity and compliance.

Before establishing his own practice, Rusty served as an audit partner at BCAWR Western Region LLP, where he had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including local government agencies, non-profit organizations, charter schools, transportation agencies, special districts, and joint powers authorities.

Rusty’s journey in accounting began as an assurance staff at Ernst & Young in the Philippines. He later co-founded QCB & CPAs, a regional accounting firm in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. In 2007, Rusty moved to the United States, bringing with him a wealth of international experience.

Rusty is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and serves as the Treasurer of the Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and Professionals (BCBP) International Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization based in the State of New York.
